You’re Not Detoxing-You’re Circulating

You’re Not Detoxing-You’re Circulating

AKA: Why You Feel Like Hell After That “Cleanse”

You’re Not Detoxing- You’re Circulating
Ever start a cleanse, take all the right supplements, drink the tea, cut the sugar, and end up feeling like roadkill by day three?

Congrats. You’re not detoxing. You’re just recirculating toxins your body can’t get rid of.

No one talks about this. Everyone’s out here promoting “7-day detoxes” and liver flush kits, but no one asks the real question:
Is your body even capable of eliminating anything right now?

If your lymph is sluggish, your liver is clogged, or your bowels are… on strike, those toxins aren’t leaving.
They’re just sloshing around your bloodstream, making you feel worse than before.

🚫 Detox vs. Circulation: What’s the Difference?

  • Detox = supporting your body in actively removing waste through poop, pee, sweat, breath, and bile.
  • Circulation = mobilizing toxins without opening the exits first. Think: shoving garbage into an already full trash chute.

If your elimination pathways (aka drainage) aren’t working, any detox effort will just stir the pot and recirculate junk through your bloodstream, brain, and skin.

And that’s when you get:

  • Headaches
  • Skin breakouts
  • Anxiety or mood crashes
  • Constipation
  • Insomnia
  • Fatigue that makes you want to punch a wall

Sound familiar?

💡 The Problem Isn’t the Detox, It’s the Missing Step

Here’s the step almost everyone skips:
You have to open your drainage pathways before you try to detox.

That means:

  • Your lymphatic system needs to flow
  • Your liver and gallbladder need support
  • Your bowels need to move daily (seriously, daily)
  • Your kidneys need to be filtering
  • And yes, even your lungs and skin need attention

It’s not cute. It’s not marketable. But it’s the truth.

🧃 So What Do You Do Instead?

This week, we’re breaking it all down one step at a time.
Because detox should leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized, not like you got hit by a truck full of turmeric.

We’re talking:

  • The drainage pathways no one teaches you about
  • How to know if you’re backed up
  • What tools and habits actually help
  • And how to prep your body the smart way, before the cleanse, not after

📝 A Note from Jamie
Let’s get one thing straight—I don’t believe healing should only be for the wealthy. That’s why I pour my heart into the free content you see here. But let’s be real: creating all this takes time, energy, and more research tabs than I care to admit.

If you can support the work, my paid blogs and protocols go even deeper (and help keep the free stuff flowing). But if money’s tight? Take what you need. That’s what it’s here for.
