How to Use the Library (and Where to Start)
I’ve made a few quiet but important updates to the site to make it easier to explore without feeling overwhelmed.
This space is designed as a library, not a feed. You are not meant to read everything. You simply start where your questions are right now.
Here is how to use it.
Start Here
The Start Here page is the main orientation point. It explains how the library is organized, what is free to explore, and the different ways to go deeper if you ever choose to.
Inside that page, you will see the main health pillars. Each pillar represents a core system of the body and links to a curated collection of free articles related to that system. This allows you to focus on one area at a time instead of feeling pulled in every direction.
Browse at Your Own Pace
You can move through the pillars in any order. There is no required sequence and no expectation to keep up. This library is meant to support understanding over time, not urgency.
Search When Something Is Specific
If you have a particular topic on your mind, the search bar on the homepage lets you jump straight to relevant articles.
Each week, I will send one short email like this to let you know what is new in the library or to point you to something you may find useful. That is it. No daily emails and no noise.
If you ever want a refresher on how everything fits together, you can begin here:
